Tufted Madness

Whether you love it or hate it tufting is here to stay! In fact furniture tufting began in the late 1800s in Victorian England. Tufting actually coincided with the advent of the coiled spring and plushier sofas as a means to hold the horsehair stuffing in place. While we are not disappointed that horsehair stuffing has been replaced, we are glad to see tufting stand the test of time and it looks stunning on our Manhattan King Headboard.
